Pilates Live Online (PLO) was originally born in 2013 when Angelie wanted to be able to give access to her apprentice students around the world without having them fly to her studio. LIVE not streaming interaction!
It has branched today to our Pilates Live Online site offering LIVE interactive instruction from multiple countries, in multiple languages. We see you and we will give you immediate feedback as you are working with us.
Pilates Live ONLINE is just that, LIVE INTERACTIVE classes. We will call you out by name, see your body as it is moving and immediately give you feedback on what we are seeing. You will gain knowledge immediately as you are performing each exercise, so that your body can feel the improvement real time!
